Job Responsibilities:

• Work beside our Doctors of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapists, and other PTAs, in providing the highest quality care to patients. 
• Collaborate with Doctors of Physical Therapy to carry out individualized treatment plans that advance patient recovery and outcomes.
• Build strong rapport with patients to support trust, engagement, and continuity of care.
• Guide therapeutic activities and support home exercise programs, encouraging patients to take an active role in their recovery.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as per state regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Benefits & Pay:

• Starting salary: $67,000 or commensurate with experience, with opportunities for annual salary increases.
